Terms of Service - Shree Hanumanji

By installing or using the Shree Hanumanji app ("the app"), provided by Gree Web Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the app

Shree Hanumanji is a free devotional app offering the Hanuman Chalisa, aartis and prayers, Live Darshan, status images and wallpapers, a calendar with panchang, prayer reminders and related features. It is an independent app and is not an official app of any temple or religious organisation.

2. Personal, non-commercial use

You may use the app for personal devotional purposes. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Devotional content

Scripture text, aartis, panchang and festival details are provided in good faith for devotion and general information. We take care to be accurate, but traditions and dates vary by region and edition, and errors may remain. Panchang, Muhurat and Rashifal are for guidance only and are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Please verify important dates with a qualified person.

4. Live Darshan and third-party services

Live Darshan loads the official YouTube embedded player. The stream is owned and controlled by its owner and YouTube; its availability, timings and content are outside our control and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Sharing to WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat and similar apps is subject to those apps' own terms.

5. Images and audio

Images and audio in the app are included under licence or from public-domain sources. You may use wallpapers and shared images for personal, non-commercial devotional purposes. Please do not sell them or present them as your own. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

6. Reminders and device features

Prayer reminders use inexact Android alarms and may be delayed or blocked by battery-saving settings or by disabling notifications. Do not rely on them for anything time-critical.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains that the app collects no personal data.

8. Availability and changes

The app is provided free of charge. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms; the latest version will always be published at this address with a new date, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gree Web Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any third-party service it links to.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
